This project involved collaborative efforts with multiple agencies to guide and contribute strategically to the build and execution for all portfolio brands.

  • Consumer Experience Design: Focused on a consumer-first approach throughout the workflow to ensure that the new systems would enhance user interactions.
  • Technical and Architecture Design: Integrated the new data capture systems with existing client systems and Marketing Technology Stack, while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
  • Creative Design: Redesigned the consumer-facing experience, from conceptual designs to staging, ensuring the interface was engaging and effective.
  • Launch and Scale: Moved the designs from development to deployment, scaling the solution across multiple brands and marketing communication activations.

Results

Created a robust infrastructure to capture over 3 million new first-party data records, empowering Kellogg’s to deploy data-driven strategies across its brand portfolio.
